When we write your menu we will be thinking about what's in season, what edible treats we can gather from the countryside that can inspire your dish and what pickled, smoked, cured or fermented elements we can add to your dinner. When we cook for you we want to showcase Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset. So although langoustines from Scotland are delicious we would rather be serving up some lobster from Lyme Bay.
